Return Policy
- Returned products must be intact, 100% new.
- Warranty card (if any) and company seal on the product must be intact.
- Exchanged/returned products must have complete box, user manual, accessories and unused.
- For customers purchasing remotely, you are responsible for shipping costs, packaging, cash on delivery fees, and communication costs equivalent to 25% of the order value.
Timeframe for resolving exchanges/returns
- Within a maximum of 2 days (from the date the company receives the exchanged/returned goods), the company will resend the goods according to the information requested by the customer.
