- We do not refund, return money under any circumstances. In case of exchange, the return policy must be followed.
Return policy
- The returned product must be intact, 100% new.
- The warranty card (if any) and the company's seal on the product must remain intact.
- The exchanged/returned product must include the full box, user manual, accessories and not used.
- For customers purchasing remotely, you bear the cost of shipping, packaging, cash on delivery, communication costs equivalent to 25% of the order value.
Time to resolve exchange/return
- Within a maximum of 2 days (from the date the company receives the exchanged/returned product) the company will send the product back according to the information requested by the customer.
